Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Apprenticeship Program
Building diverse talent  – building the future

EDI Apprenticeship

Know a rising star in the BIPOC (Black, indigenous, people of color) community?

As a part of Choose Chicago’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiative to build a diverse talent pipeline in the tourism, travel, and hospitality industries, we are pleased to launch the EDI apprenticeship pilot program in partnership with United Airlines.

The EDI apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity for emerging professionals to gain valuable insight and experience into the destination marketing and hospitality fields. Our mission is to offer on-the-job experience to those from BIPOC communities, while positioning these individuals for long-term professional success in the industry. We are seeking to sponsor one apprentice for 2022.
